Refund policy

30-day refund

One payment, refunded in full within 30 days, no reason needed.

What is covered

Any payment you make to PageHub — a subscription, a lifetime licence, or an add-on. You have 30 days from the day the payment clears. You do not have to explain why, and we do not ask you to sit through an offer before the refund is processed.

When the refund no longer applies

The guarantee is void if any one of these has happened. Each of them is a point where you have already taken something out of the product that cannot be handed back.

  • More than 20% of the plan's AI credits are spent

Credits are real cost the moment they are used — the pages are generated and yours to keep. Under 20% is room to try the thing properly; past that, the work has been done.

  • A website has been exported as HTML

Once the source is on your machine it is yours, with or without an account. There is nothing left to return.

  • A website has been connected to a custom domain

Connecting your own address means the site went live for real visitors. That is the product delivered, not the product evaluated.

What a refund does

A refund closes the account and takes any published websites offline. This is not a penalty — it is what "refund" means: the payment is returned and so is the service. Export anything you want to keep before you ask, bearing in mind that exporting is itself one of the conditions above.

Add-ons

Online store, extra storage and white label follow exactly the same rules, and each is counted separately from the main plan and from every other add-on. Refunding an add-on does not touch your plan, and refunding a plan does not automatically refund an add-on you are still using.

One thing worth saying plainly

This policy is written to be checkable rather than generous-sounding. Every condition above is something the system already records, so whether a refund applies is a fact both sides can look up, not a judgement call about how much you used the product.

How to ask
