Job Vacancy is a landing page for a single open role, written for the candidate rather than for the employer's ego. Its two structural decisions are the ones most job posts avoid: the salary band is published with the median of the current team, and the hiring process is laid out step by step with the number of days each takes.
Sections, in order

Sticky navbar with anchors and an apply button.
Hero — the closing date, the role title, an honest description of how the week is split, four fact tiles (salary, location, contract, decision time), and the promise that every applicant gets an answer within fifteen working days.
Salary band — a dark band explaining how the range works, with a table showing the entry point, the median of the current team and the top, plus equipment and learning budgets. States plainly that current salary is never asked and counter-offers do not move the number.
The role — two columns, "what you will do" and "what we need", written from the last three months of real work rather than a template.
Hiring process — four steps with elapsed days on each, including a paid two-hour work sample with the fee stated.
The team — four people you would actually work with.
Terms — six contractual facts (holiday minimum, on-call pay, time zones, writing time, review cycle, equal parental leave) rather than perks.
Honestly — two columns: you will probably like it if…, and you will probably not if…, the second written to cost applications on purpose.
FAQ — six candidate questions: CV needed, feedback on rejection, whether the sample is really paid, time zones, future roles, negotiation.
Application form — contact details and three short answers, with no CV requirement and no current-salary field.

Design and style. Businesslike and quiet: slate and amber on cool grey, Sora over Inter, square-cornered labels, one dark band for the salary. FAQ accordion, scroll reveal and mobile menu are vanilla JavaScript.
Before you publish. If you cannot publish a real band, this template is the wrong one — the whole page is built around that section and removing it leaves a job post that promises openness and then withholds the one number candidates came for. Keep the closing date identical in the hero badge, the apply section and the footer, and make sure the process timings are ones your team can actually hit; a fifteen-day promise missed is worse than no promise. The "you will probably not like it if" list should cost you some applications — that is its job. The form uses named inputs with no action attribute, so PageHub attaches the handler on publish and each application arrives in Form Submissions with the three answers attached.
Best suited to single-role hiring pages, small companies without an applicant tracking system, agencies recruiting for one client, internships and apprenticeships, and any employer whose advantage is being straighter than the market.
