What if AI credits run out mid-month?
Top up any time at Rp500 per credit. Top-up credits do not expire monthly — they carry over and are spent after the monthly allowance is gone.
Do unused monthly credits carry over?
No. The monthly allowance is restored in full each month and the remainder is not carried. Credits you buy yourself never expire.
Can I change plan at any time?
Yes. Unused time on your current period is credited when you move up, so you never pay twice for the same month.
If I stop paying, does my site go down immediately?
No. There is a 7-day grace period — your site stays live, only editing is locked. After that the site stops serving, but nothing is deleted.
Do I need a bigger plan just for storage?
No. Extra storage is sold per GB as an add-on, monthly or yearly.
Can I sell from this website?
Yes, through the Online Store add-on, bought per website. Your plan does not need to change.
