Salon is a five-page website for a hair salon and barbershop built on one commercial decision: a single price list by service, length and stylist level — never by gender. The working mechanism is an appointment builder that adds up the price and, more usefully, the time in the chair — and refuses a booking over two hours, telling you to telephone instead.

Home — dark hero on the pricing decision, a section explaining that it cost the salon money at first and why they kept it, the three service groups at list price, four stylist levels including a Wednesday training night at 40% less, four recent photographs, and three client quotes including one who came back to be fixed.
Services — the builder: eleven services across three groups, each printing its own price and duration from its own attributes, plus four stylist levels that multiply the total. The panel shows the services chosen, the total time in the chair, the list price, the level uplift and the final figure — and a warning appears above two hours. Then an included/never-done pair of lists, and six questions about price and time.
The Team — four profiles with their level and how far ahead they are booked, and three arrangements: nobody on retail commission, written level criteria reviewed twice a year, and two chairs held empty every afternoon for walk-ins and for fixing mistakes.
Gallery — twelve photographs with a category filter, every caption naming the service and its duration, plus three notes about the photographs: none retouched, bring one anyway, and everyone consented and can withdraw.
Book — a request form that asks about box dye without judgement, a note on how far ahead each level is booked, all the terms on one screen, directions with an access note, and five questions.

Design and style. Near-black and brass on warm cream, DM Serif Display over Inter, near-square corners, a solid dark sticky header. The shared script carries the menu, the builder, the gallery filter, accordions and a date guard — all vanilla and null-guarded, since it runs on every page.
Before you publish. Every service price and duration lives in data-price and data-mins on the builder's checkboxes and is printed from there, so the label cannot drift from the number that is summed — but the same prices are also typed into the home page menu cards, and those must be changed with them. The four level multipliers are data-mult and are also stated on the home page and the booking form. The two-hour warning threshold is a constant in the script. "No retail commission", the fourteen-day free fix, the free consultation and the two empty chairs are commitments the salon has to keep — they are the whole argument of this template. Forms use named inputs with no action attribute, so PageHub attaches the handler on publish and requests arrive in Form Submissions with the services, stylist level, duration and total attached.
