Free Trial / Freemium is a landing page for software that starts free. The reader's real question is never "what does it do" but "what happens on day fifteen", so this page answers that in a section of its own — nothing charged, nothing deleted, one email — and publishes the free-versus-paid table instead of hiding the limits behind a signup.
Sections, in order
Sticky navbar with anchors and a start-free button.
Hero — a headline that names the trick this page refuses to play, an inline email-only signup, three micro-promises (no card, four minutes, delete in one click), the honest note that a third of signups stay free forever, and a product screenshot with a time-to-first-value chip.
Customer logo row.
Free vs paid table — ten rows with the free column highlighted, including the rows most freemium pages omit: history retention, whether you are rate-limited, and export.
Setup in three steps — each with a real elapsed time, and a second step whose whole point is inviting one colleague.
What happens when the trial ends — a dark band with three cards: nothing is charged, nothing is deleted, you get one email.
Your data — three cards on storage location, who can read it, and how to leave, which is what actually blocks a mailbox-level integration.
Integrations — a twelve-tile grid with the free/paid line stated plainly.
Quotes — three, one of them from a workspace that has never paid.
FAQ — six questions all circling the word "free": the catch, cards, trialling twice, extra seats after day fourteen, training on your data, and getting your mailbox back.
Gradient CTA — the email field again with the three promises repeated.
Design and style. Indigo and pink on a cool off-white, Urbanist over Inter, soft dual-glow hero, a dark band for the day-fifteen answers and a gradient closing panel. FAQ accordion, scroll reveal and mobile menu are vanilla JavaScript.
Before you publish. The free/paid table and the "when the trial ends" band have to describe the same product — a table promising forever history beside a policy that deletes at 90 days is the contradiction readers check for. Make the free tier real before publishing this page: every claim here (no ads, no rate limiting, no training on customer data, one-click export) is a commitment your support team will be held to. Keep the seat and inbox limits identical in the hero, the table, the FAQ and the footer. Both forms use named inputs with no action attribute, so PageHub attaches the handler on publish and signups arrive in Form Submissions.
Best suited to SaaS with a free tier, developer tools, productivity and collaboration apps, mobile app companion pages, and any product where the sign-up is free but the trust is not.
