Property Single Listing is a whole page devoted to one property. It does what a portal listing cannot: show the build specification honestly, put the location in minutes rather than kilometres, let the buyer calculate their own repayment, and then ask for a viewing.
Sections, in order
Sticky navbar with anchors and a viewing button.
Full-bleed hero — availability badge, headline, a subhead that leads with travel times, two calls to action, a price card with the monthly repayment, and a four-metric spec bar (plot, floor area, bedrooms, bathrooms).
Gallery — a seven-image grid with a working lightbox (keyboard and arrow navigation), captioned, with a note that these are photographs of the show home rather than renders.
Build specification — a ten-row table naming actual materials and brands beside a detail photo. This is the section that separates a serious developer from a brochure.
Amenities — six cards, each stating what is built rather than what is planned.
Location — a map block plus six destinations with drive times and a line explaining why each one matters to a family.
Mortgage calculator — a working calculator: price field, deposit slider and term selector, computing deposit, principal, total interest and monthly repayment live, with the assumptions stated underneath.
Payment offers — three routes (cash, mortgage, staged) with the middle one highlighted, each listing its own incentives.
Viewing booking — three reassurance points beside a form with a date picker constrained to tomorrow or later.
Footer with a legal note and a floating chat button.
Design and style. Deep green and warm sand on off-white, generous photography, and restrained type. The lightbox, the calculator, the mobile menu and the date constraint are all vanilla JavaScript.
Before you publish. Update the calculator's price field defaults and range to match your own market, and keep the worked example figures beneath it consistent with what the calculator produces — a buyer who spots a mismatch stops trusting the whole page. Replace the photographs, the specification table and the travel times. The booking form has named inputs and no action attribute, so PageHub attaches the handler on publish and requests land in Form Submissions.
Best suited to a single housing development, a show home, one apartment tower, a villa or a plot of land — anything sold one unit at a time where the buyer needs detail before they will visit.
