If your car has a timing chain rather than a belt, the 80.000 service is Rp 2.100.000 cheaper and we will tell you which you have before you book — it is a thirty-second check and getting it wrong in either direction is expensive.
Nothing is touched until you have seen a quote with parts and labour separated and said yes. If we find something else mid-job we stop and call, rather than adding it and explaining afterwards.
What we paid, with the supplier receipt attached. Our margin is entirely in the hourly rate, which is why we have no reason to find you an expensive part.
Before, during and after, sent to you by message as the job runs. You should not have to take our word for what a worn bush looks like.
In a bag, in the boot, unless you tell us not to. It is the simplest proof that a part was actually replaced, and it costs us nothing.
