How a booking works
Five steps, and you can stop at any of them.
Nothing here is designed to hurry you. The only irreversible moment is the deposit, and by then you will have met me and seen a full gallery start to finish rather than a highlights reel.

You send a date
I reply within two working days with whether it is free and what it would cost — including a no, which is more useful to you than a maybe.

We talk for an hour
In the studio or over a call. You see two complete galleries, unedited count included, not the twenty best frames from a hundred weddings.

Deposit holds the date
Thirty per cent, refundable in full for fourteen days. After that I have turned other couples away for the date and it is not returnable.

A walk-through, a month before
We go through the schedule hour by hour and find the two places it will run late. Every wedding has them.

Previews in five days, gallery in four weeks
Forty images within five days so you have something to send your family, and the full edit inside four weeks. In eleven years I have been late twice, and both times I said so first.

Three collections, all of them published.
Weekday weddings are twenty per cent less and I would rather you knew that than found out afterwards.

The 2027 diary opens in October. Weekday and Sunday weddings are almost always free, cost twenty per cent less, and are the easiest days to photograph well because nobody is rushing.
