Full planning, partial planning and day coordination. Our fee is a number, not a percentage of your budget — which means we have no reason at all to talk you into a bigger one.
It is the standard arrangement in this industry and it puts your planner on the other side of every decision you make. So we do not use it. Our fee is agreed before we see a single quote, it does not move when your budget does, and every commission a supplier offers us is deducted from your invoice and listed by name.

Most couples need less than they think. If day coordination is enough, we will say so — it is a third of the fee and it is the honest answer for about a quarter of the people who write to us.

Venue, catering and photography take about seventy per cent of the money. Booked early, everything after them is easier.

We take twenty-two weddings a year across four planners. When a month is full it is full, and we will say so on the same day rather than keeping you warm.
Weekday weddings are almost always available and cost your suppliers less, not us — our fee is the same either way. If your date is gone we will tell you which planners we would send our own family to, and we take nothing for that.
