How a visit goes
Four steps, one of them is you saying no.
Step one
You call or book online
We ask what it is doing, since when, and whether the water or power is off. Fifteen per cent of calls are solved on the phone and we do not charge for those.
Step two
An engineer arrives in a two-hour window
Not "sometime today". You get a name and a photograph by message when they set off.
Step three
Diagnosis, then a written quote
Before any work starts. If you say no, you pay the call-out fee and nothing else, and we leave the diagnosis in writing so the next person does not start from scratch.
Step four
Work, clean up, guarantee
Ninety days on our labour and the manufacturer's term on any part we supply. The invoice matches the quote — if it will not, we stop and call you.
