Economy freight is not treated worse than express — it just waits for a full truck. Nothing here is a priority queue that makes the cheap option deliberately slow.
Road, 2 – 5 days
The service most of our volume goes on. Daily departures on the Java corridor, three a week to Sumatra and Kalimantan, two to Sulawesi.

The thing nobody explains
A light, bulky box costs more than a heavy, small one.
Every carrier in the world bills on chargeable weight: the greater of what the parcel weighs and what it takes up. The formula is length × width × height in centimetres, divided by 6000.
Nearly every complaint about a shipping invoice is really about this, and it is entirely avoidable — measure the box before you book, and put both numbers into the calculator.
