Trade only. We ask for a business name and a tax or company number because the prices in this catalogue are not for the public, and publishing them would undercut the shops that stock us.

What actually arrives

Three files, one email. Nothing is drip-fed, and there is no second form between you and the prices.

The catalogue, 68 pages

Every product photographed twice — cut out on white for your own listings, and styled in a room so you can see the scale. Print-ready if you want it on the counter.

The price list, as a spreadsheet

Not a PDF you have to retype. Code, description, carton quantity, four tier prices, suggested retail and barcode — sortable, and importable straight into most till systems.

An order form that adds up

The same spreadsheet with quantity columns and a total that calculates your tier automatically. Fill it in, send it back, and the confirmation comes with a delivery date on it.

Twelve ranges, 380 lines

Eight ranges are stocked year-round. Four are seasonal and are marked as such in the catalogue, with the cut-off date for reorders printed at the top of each section.

Four trade tiers, printed openly

Your tier is set by the order value, recalculated on every order, and never negotiated privately — so the shop that orders the same as you pays the same as you.

TierOrder valueDiscount off listTermsFree delivery
Starter$450 – $1,499Base trade pricePayment with orderOver $900
Stockist$1,500 – $4,999−6%Payment with orderAlways
Partner$5,000 – $14,999−11%30 days, after two ordersAlways
Key account$15,000+−16%30 days, plus stock holdingAlways, on a pallet

Tiers apply per order, not per year — a single larger order reaches a better price rather than requiring a commitment. Seasonal ranges carry the same tier discount.

Before you order

The terms, in six lines

All of this is repeated on page two of the catalogue. It is here as well because a buyer should not have to download a PDF to find out the minimum order.

From shops that stock us

"The price list arriving as a spreadsheet rather than a PDF saved my assistant two days of retyping. That sounds small until you have done it with four suppliers."

"They told me another shop 400 metres away already stocked the ceramics range before I ordered it. I bought textiles instead and both of us still sell."

"Four tiers printed on the page means I know exactly what an extra thousand on the order is worth. No phone call, no asking for a better price like it is a favour."

Questions buyers ask first

Because the prices in the list are trade prices, and shops that stock us would be undercut if they circulated publicly. We check the number against the public register — it takes a minute and it is why the catalogue can be sent within the hour rather than after a sales call.

Yes — choose it in the form and the PDF plus the spreadsheet arrive as files in the chat. Most buyers who work from the shop floor pick this, and it means you can forward a page to a colleague without opening a laptop.

Once a year, in March, and we announce it six weeks before it happens. Anyone who has requested the catalogue gets the new list on the day it takes effect, with the changed lines highlighted so you do not have to compare two documents.

Yes, and the photography is licensed for your listings. What we ask is that you do not sell below the suggested retail printed in the list — not as a rule we can enforce, but because a marketplace price war takes the range off the shelves of the shops that display it properly.

A sample box of any six lines is $60 including delivery, and the amount is credited in full against your first order. The showroom is open Tuesday to Thursday by appointment, and we exhibit at three trade fairs a year — dates are on page 68.

You get four emails a year: the price update in March, and three when a new range lands. No weekly newsletter, and unsubscribing does not remove your access to the catalogue — those are two different things and we keep them separate.
